About the event

Modernity is characterised by the high speed and scale of changes occurring in various areas of life. The sustainability and well-being of both the individual and society as a whole under such conditions depend on adaptive capacities, skills and abilities (emotional and behavioural, communicative, cognitive).

It requires additional study of the functional reserves of a person in a new stage of civilizational development. The development of new mechanisms is based on an understanding of the already traditional set of tools for adapting to a new cultural and social environment. The business game will address the problems of integrating international students into a multilingual society. The game involves dividing teams into three sectors: student science, extracurricular activities, educational process. By taking on the role of university management, participants will have the opportunity to model ways of solving problems which students from Latin American countries may encounter while studying at RUDN University.
